About the Opportunity
Sussex Hospital is expanding its healthcare team and is seeking compassionate, skilled, and motivated nurses across key nursing categories. These roles are open to both UK-based and international applicants, and visa sponsorship is available for qualified non-residents.
Positions Available
- Registered Nurses (RNs) – Adult / Medical / Surgical / ICU / Emergency / Theatre / Community
- Nursing Associates / Practical or Assistant Nurses
- Senior & Charge Nurses (experience-dependent)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient-centred nursing care
- Administer medication and monitor treatment plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Support multidisciplinary teamwork across departments
- Uphold hospital safety, infection-control and clinical standards
- Provide emotional and clinical support to patients and families
Minimum Requirements
- Recognised nursing qualification or diploma
- Registered Nurse roles: Degree/diploma meeting NMC registration requirements (or willingness to complete NMC process)
- Associate/Practical Nurse roles: Relevant accredited certificate or diploma
- Clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to communicate in English (EPT/IOELA as applicable)
- Compassionate, ethical, and patient-focused approach

Salary & Benefits
- Annual Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 (depending on role, experience, and qualifications)
