Key Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, label, and store incoming goods in the warehouse
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
- Load and unload delivery trucks using manual handling or warehouse equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse shelves and storage areas
- Conduct inventory checks and update stock records
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company protocols
- Report damaged goods or discrepancies to supervisors
- Work closely with logistics, transport, and administrative teams

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to communicate in basic English (or willingness to learn)
- Physically fit and able to handle lifting, standing, and warehouse movement
- Basic knowledge of warehouse equipment and safety procedures (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to work shifts, including early mornings or evenings
